- 1 –2 tsp maple syrup or honey to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

In a bowl or jar, whisk together milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
