- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and diced into ½-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 small yellow onion diced

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 2 tbsp tomato paste or 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup chicken or beef broth
Brown the beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Add vegetables

Season
