- 3 –4 large carrots cut into thick chunks
- 2 cups green beans or broccoli florets added later
- Honey Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce low-sodium recommended
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Pantry Staples
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt lightly, if needed

- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water slurry
Prep the Slow Cooker
