- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ –1 cup milk dairy, almond, oat, soy, or coconut

- 1 –2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Prep
If using fresh strawberries, wash, hull, and freeze for 1–2 hours.
Peel and slice banana if large for easier blending.

Blending Method
Add milk to the blender first.
