Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners and add about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each cup.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes until set.
  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter with maple syrup (or honey) until smooth.
  • Spoon the peanut butter mixture onto the chocolate base and flatten slightly.

  • Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
