- 1 batch high-protein pizza dough Greek yogurt–based or store-bought
- ¾ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup turkey pepperoni or regular pepperoni chopped
- ⅓ cup pizza sauce thick-style works best
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Olive oil spray
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the high-protein dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, then add chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, seam-side down.
Slice into 1–1½ inch rolls and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Brush tops lightly with egg wash and mist with olive oil spray.
