Ingredients
  

Chicken and Coating

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cooking spray For preventing sticking

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Set up your breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer, spraying the tops with more cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Making the Sauce

  • While the chicken is cooking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.

Finishing Touches

  • Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the sauce over it.
  • Toss gently until the chicken is evenly coated and serve immediately.

Notes

Double-coat for extra crispiness if desired. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
