These Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Chips are a light, crispy, and naturally sweet snack made with just apples and cinnamon. Ready much faster than oven-baked chips, they’re a healthy, no-added-sugar treat perfect for snacking, lunchboxes, or a light dessert.

- 2 –3 apples Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, or Granny Smith
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 –1½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg optional
- Cooking spray optional

- 1 –2 tsp maple syrup or sugar for extra sweetness
Prep apples: Wash and dry apples. Core and slice very thin (about ⅛ inch). A mandoline works best.
Season: Place apple slices in a bowl. Toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using). Add optional sweetener if desired.
Preheat air fryer: Preheat to 300°F (150°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray basket if needed.
Arrange: Place apple slices in a single layer in the basket. Do not overlap.
Air fry: Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges curl and slices look dry.
Cool: Transfer to a plate or rack and cool 5–10 minutes to fully crisp.
