- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- Flavor Base:
- ½ cup tomato sauce or blended tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
- Seasoning:
