  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Add more cheese for moisture and flavor.
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)

Assembly and Cooking

  • Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  • Spread the BBQ chicken evenly over each flatbread, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.
  • Add the sliced red onion, corn, and bell peppers evenly.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden and crispy.
