- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 –2 tablespoons butter or oil

Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Break into small pieces and drain excess grease.
Season:
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Stir well and cook for another minute.
Assemble quesadillas:
