- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard optional
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of ½ lemon

- Fresh parsley or dill
- Red pepper flakes
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and flake into pieces.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust flavor by adding more honey or mustard if needed.
Add pasta to the sauce and toss well. Use reserved pasta water if needed for a smooth texture.
Gently fold in salmon. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
