Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (at least 2% fat) Greek yogurt for thickness or regular yogurt for a lighter texture.
  • 1 cup fruit (berries, banana slices, or peaches) Fresh fruits are recommended.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener Optional, depending on fruit sweetness.

Toppings

  • granola, nuts, chocolate chips, or more fruit Choose your favorites for topping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start with a base of yogurt. Greek yogurt offers a thicker consistency, while regular yogurt is lighter.
  • In a blender, combine your yogurt with the fruits of your choice. If you like it sweet, adding honey or a sweetener is a great option. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour your blended mixture into cups or silicone molds. Leave a little space at the top, as they will expand when frozen.
  • Add your topping of choice. You can either mix them in or sprinkle them on top.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them chill for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  • When they’re ready, simply pop them out and enjoy your refreshing frozen yogurt cups.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavors like coconut yogurt with mango, or chocolate with cocoa powder. Remember not to over-blend to avoid icy texture.
