Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or a chopped dark chocolate bar Opt for high-quality dark chocolate that’s 70% cocoa or more
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) Feel free to experiment with different berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 pinch sea salt Optional for flavor contrast

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the bark from sticking.
  • Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler if you prefer.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of sea salt, if using. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Spoon the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer and use a spatula or a knife to swirl it together lightly.
  • Scatter the mixed berries over the top, pressing them gently into the bark.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the bark is completely set.
  • Once the bark is firm, remove it from the freezer and break it into pieces as desired.
