  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Black pepper preferred.

For Assembly

  • 4 slices Pineapple slices Fresh or canned.
  • 4 tbsp Chipotle ranch dressing Can be swapped with other sauces.
  • 4 leaves Butter lettuce Alternate greens like arugula can be used.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Shape the chicken mixture into burger-sized patties about 1 inch thick.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling

  • Place the chicken patties on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Grill the pineapple slices for the last 2-3 minutes, allowing them to caramelize slightly.

Assembly

  • Take a butter lettuce leaf, place a chicken patty on top, add a grilled pineapple slice, and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
  • Serve and enjoy these burgers with sides like sweet potato fries or a fresh garden salad.

Notes

Avoid overworking the chicken to prevent tough burgers. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking. Let burgers rest for a few minutes post-cooking.
