- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 lb ground turkey 93/7 recommended
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated or minced
- 1 14–16 oz bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage & carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Green onions sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds optional, for topping
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until mostly cooked through.
Add diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add coleslaw mix and stir well to combine.
Pour in soy sauce (or coconut aminos), rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
