  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Both options work well.
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice Freshly squeezed is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 piece lime zest Zest from one lime.

Optional Ingredient

  • 1 cup whipped topping For extra fluffiness.

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat them together until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the Greek yogurt or sour cream, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
  • If using, gently fold in the whipped topping for an airier texture.
  • Taste the dip. Adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more powdered sugar or key lime juice if desired.
  • Place the dip in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Pair the dip with an assortment of fresh fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, or apple slices.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days. Stir before serving if thickened.
