Ingredients
  

  • For the mango layer:
  • 2 cups ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • For the raspberry layer:
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional:
  • 1/4 cup water if needed for blending

Instructions
 

  • Blend the mango layer:
  • In a blender, combine mango, sweetener, and lime juice. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed.
  • Blend the raspberry layer:
  • Blend raspberries with sweetener and lemon juice until smooth. Strain through a sieve if desired to remove seeds.
  • Layer the popsicles:
  • Pour mango mixture into molds, followed by raspberry mixture. Repeat layers or swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  • Freeze:
  • Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours until fully solid.
  • Serve:
  • Run molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently remove popsicles and serve.

  • Use ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness.
  • Adjust sugar based on fruit ripeness.
  • Citrus juice enhances flavor balance.
  • For clean layers, let each layer set slightly before adding the next.
  • Store in freezer for up to 2–3 weeks.
