Preparation

  • Wash the tomatoes under cool water until clean.
  • Slice tomatoes into quarters or halves, depending on your preference.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic.

Create the Marinade

  • In another bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red grape vinegar, basil, parsley, dill, and seasoning.

Marinate

  • Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture and toss gently.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • For best flavor, let it sit for a few hours or overnight.

  • Stir the marinated tomatoes before serving.
