- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract adjust to taste
- Green food coloring optional
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
