  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained Drain well to avoid excess moisture.
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) For a lighter texture.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut For added texture.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Optional for crunch.

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and free of lumps.
  • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple gently.
  • Add the powdered sugar and whipped topping, folding them in until well combined. If adding coconut or walnuts, mix them in at this stage.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Serving

  • Serve your pineapple dip with an assortment of fresh fruit, graham crackers, or your favorite dippy items.

Notes

Letting the dip chill allows the flavors to meld beautifully. For better texture, ensure you drain the pineapple well and use softened cream cheese.
