Preparation

  • Wash and slice cucumbers thinly (about 1/8 inch thick). Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture.

Assembly

  • Spread a generous layer of the mixture onto each slice of bread.
  • Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread slices and top with the remaining slices.

Notes
