Ingredients
  

  • * 1 large spaghetti squash
  • * 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • * 2 cups marinara sauce
  • * 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • * ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • * 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • * 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • * ½ teaspoon salt
  • * ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • * Olive oil
  • * Optional: fresh basil or parsley red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds, and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 35–40 minutes until tender.
  • Let cool slightly, then scrape into strands with a fork.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, mix squash strands with chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
