- * 1 large spaghetti squash
- * 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
- * 2 cups marinara sauce
- * 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- * ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- * 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- * 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- * ½ teaspoon salt
- * ½ teaspoon black pepper
- * Olive oil
