Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of crust mixture into each liner.
Press firmly into the bottom using the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set.
Step 2: Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Step 3: Assemble
Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling over chilled crusts.
Smooth tops with a spatula.
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until fully set.
Step 4: Decorate & Serve
Before serving, top with fresh fruit, fruit preserves, or sprinkles.
Carefully remove cupcake liners and serve chilled.
