  • Leave the tomatoes in the sun for about 1-3 days, turning occasionally.
  • Alternatively, use your oven set to the lowest temperature (around 140°F or 60°C) for 6-12 hours.

Final Touches

  • Check for doneness; they should be leathery yet slightly pliable.
  • Allow them to cool and store in an airtight container with olive oil if preferred.
