  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded Ensure chicken is shredded into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Rice vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup Fresh vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, bell peppers) Wash and slice vegetables into thin strips.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil) Use a mix of all three for best flavor.

  • 1/2 cup Hoisin sauce A classic choice for dipping.
  • 1/2 cup Peanut sauce Rich and creamy alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Nuoc cham Traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the vegetables into thin strips.
  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Soaking Rice Paper

  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water and gently dip a rice paper wrapper for about 5 seconds until soft.

Assembling the Rolls

  • Place the softened wrapper on a clean surface and layer rice vermicelli, vegetables, shredded chicken, and herbs in the lower third.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure.

Serving

  • Repeat the process until all ingredients are used and arrange the rolls on a serving platter.
  • Serve with the chosen dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, use the freshest ingredients and avoid overstuffing the rolls. These can be made in advance but are best consumed fresh. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator separated by parchment paper.
