  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon

  • Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise.
  • Slice each half into long wedges, then cut the wedges into the shape of fries.

Make the Coconut Lime Dip

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, lime juice, honey (if using), and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.

Serve

  • Arrange the watermelon fries on a large plate or a serving platter.

Notes
