- Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- Wash and chop greens.

- Cooking Method
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until soft and translucent.
